During each 90 minute class you can expect:

  • Embodiment exercises like dance, yoga, and breath work to help you land in your body -

You will also learn techniques that may relieve symptoms caused by physical and hormonal imbalances such as:

  • pain with intercourse

Lilliana Rivera

Massage Therapist/Womb Awareness Coach

Lilliana is passionate about all things related to the feminine and the womb. As a massage therapist trained in Abdominal Therapy, she has dedicated her life to the healing and empowerment of women. Becoming a women’s circle leader in 2015, Lilliana has served the community of women in the local area with offerings of monthly gatherings at the Rise Up Center in Wilton, NH.

Lilliana is also a Fertility Awareness Mentor and Womb Awareness Coach. She is deeply committed to journeying with women as they embrace the full potential of their feminine power. “My desire is to support women in getting to know their bodies intimately and facilitate in developing trust in the innate intuitive wisdom that lies within the center of their womb.”

Nirankar

Founder of Get Well Stay Well Naturally

Nirankar draws on 25+ years of experience and leadership in the health and sick-care industries, inspiring her to develop a natural health approach based on accessing your power and inner authority.

She studied clinical exercise physiology in college and worked in two rural hospitals, discovering Kundalini yoga along the way. Nirankar has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2002. From her experience in healthcare and yoga, Nirankar creates a safe space for women to transform.

She is known for her deep, caring presence and her knack for listening. She lives with her beloved husband and bright daughter, and they often can be found on joyous adventures in nature.
